SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gla (galactosidase, alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gla qPCR Primer Set – galactosidase, alpha
Also known as: Ags
About this gene: Gla enables alpha-galactosidase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of nitric oxide biosynthetic process and negative regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity. It acts upstream of or within aorta development and glycosylceramide catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11605; Chromosome location: X E3|X 56.2 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
