SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gdf10 (growth differentiation factor 10, also called BMP-3B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gdf10 qPCR Primer Set – growth differentiation factor 10
Also known as: Bmp3b
About this gene: Gdf10 encodes a secreted ligand of the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. Ligands of this family bind various TGF-beta receptors leading to recruitment and activation of SMAD family transcription factors that regulate gene expression. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate each subunit of the disulfide-linked homodimer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14560; UniProt: P97737; Chromosome location: 14 B|14 20.8 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
