About this gene: Gcnt1 enables beta-1,3-galactosyl-O-glycosyl-glycoprotein beta-1,6-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of leukocyte tethering or rolling and protein O-linked glycosylation via N-acetyl-galactosamine. It acts upstream of or within kidney morphogenesis and tissue morphogenesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
