SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gclc (glutamate-cysteine ligase, catalytic subunit, also called Gamma-ECS) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gclc qPCR Primer Set – glutamate-cysteine ligase, catalytic subunit
Also known as: D9Wsu168e, GLCL-H, Ggcs-hs, Glclc
About this gene: Gclc enables glutamate-cysteine ligase activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including glutathione biosynthetic process; negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway; and regulation of protein metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14629; UniProt: P97494; Chromosome location: 9 E1|9 43.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
