SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gart (phosphoribosylglycinamide formyltransferase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gart qPCR Primer Set – phosphoribosylglycinamide formyltransferase
Also known as: Gaps, Prgs
About this gene: Gart enables phosphoribosylamine-glycine ligase activity. It is involved in purine ribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process. Is active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14450; UniProt: Q64737; Chromosome location: 16 C3.3|16 53.18 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
