SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Alcam (activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule, also called BEN) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Alcam qPCR Primer Set – activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule
Also known as: BEN, CD166, DM-GRASP, MuSC, SC1
About this gene: Alcam is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. It acts upstream of or within motor neuron axon guidance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11658; UniProt: Q61490; Chromosome location: 16 B5|16 32.88 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
