SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gale (galactose-4-epimerase, UDP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gale qPCR Primer Set – galactose-4-epimerase, UDP
Also known as: 2310002A12Rik
About this gene: Gale enables UDP-glucose 4-epimerase activity. It is involved in galactose catabolic process via UDP-galactose, Leloir pathway. It acts upstream of or within galactose metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 74246; UniProt: Q8R059; Chromosome location: 4 D3|4 68.29 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
