SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gadd45g (growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible 45 gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gadd45g qPCR Primer Set – growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible 45 gamma
Also known as: CR6, DDIT2, OIG37
About this gene: Gadd45g enables identical protein binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of protein kinase activity; positive regulation of MAPK cascade; and regulation of cell cycle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23882; Chromosome location: 13 A5|13 26.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
