SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gadd45a (growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible 45 alpha, also called GADD45) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gadd45a qPCR Primer Set – growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible 45 alpha
Also known as: Ddit1, GADD45
About this gene: Gadd45a enables promoter-specific chromatin binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of angiogenesis; negative regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration; and negative regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation of STAT protein. It acts upstream of or within centrosome cycle; negative regulation of protein kinase activity; and regulation of cell cycle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13197; UniProt: P48316; Chromosome location: 6 C1|6 30.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
