About this gene: Fzr1 is predicted to enable anaphase-promoting complex binding activity; ubiquitin ligase activator activity; and ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity. It is involved in negative regulation of cellular senescence and positive regulation of cell population proliferation. It acts upstream of or within lens fiber cell differentiation; protein catabolic process; and regulation of meiotic nuclear division.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
