About this gene: Fxyd5 encodes a precursor protein that is member of the FXYD family of transmembrane glycoproteins. Like most members of the FXYD family, the Fxyd5 protein is a subunit of the sodium-potassium adenosine triphosphatase pump. FXYD family members have tissue-specific expression and differentially regulate the activity of this pump.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
