Mouse Fxyd2 qPCR Primer Set – FXYD domain-containing ion transport regulator 2

Also known as: Atp1g1

About this gene: Fxyd2 belongs to a family of small membrane proteins that share a 35-amino acid signature sequence domain, beginning with the sequence PFXYD and containing 7 invariant and 6 highly conserved amino acids. The approved human gene nomenclature for the family is FXYD-domain containing ion transport regulator. Mouse FXYD5 has been termed RIC. FXYD2, also known as the gamma subunit of the Na,K-ATPase, regulates the properties of that enzyme.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11936; UniProt: Q04646; Chromosome location: 9 A5.2|9 24.84 cM

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
