About this gene: Fut1 is one of three genes in mouse which encode a galactoside 2-L-fucosyltransferase. These genes differ in their developmental- and tissue-specific expression. The encoded type II membrane protein is anchored in the Golgi apparatus and controls the final step in the creation of alpha fucosylated carbhohydrates by the addition of a terminal fucose in an alpha linkage.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
