About this gene: The Foxn1 protein is part of the forkhead family or "winged-helix" transcription factors that are important in developmental processes, immune system regulation, metabolism, cancer and aging. Foxn1 family has over 100 members, subdivided into classes based on phylogeny. The Foxn1 protein is proposed to regulate development of the thymus and differentiation of keratinocytes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
