SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Foxd2 (forkhead box D2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Foxd2 qPCR Primer Set – forkhead box D2
Also known as: Mf2
About this gene: Foxd2 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in anatomical structure morphogenesis; cell differentiation; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 17301; UniProt: O35392; Chromosome location: 4 D1|4 52.73 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
