Mouse Akap5 qPCR Primer Set – A kinase anchor protein 5
Also known as: 3526401B18Rik, AKAP 150, AKAP-5, AKAP150, Gm258, P150
About this gene: Akap5 enables adenylate cyclase binding activity and molecular adaptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including neuronal ion channel clustering; postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor cycle; and synapse assembly. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including amylase secretion; cellular response to calcium ion; and cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 238276; UniProt: D3YVF0; Chromosome location: 12 C3|12 33.73 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
