About this gene: Flot1 is predicted to enable ionotropic glutamate receptor binding activity and protease binding activity. It acts upstream of or within axonogenesis; protein localization to plasma membrane; and regulation of Rho protein signal transduction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
