Rho-specific guanine nucleotide exchange factors catalyze the exchange of GDP for GTP and activate small GTPases, which function as molecular switches in signaling. The Fgd1 protein specifically binds cell division cycle 42, a Rho GTPase.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
