It is involved in multiple processes, including cell surface receptor signaling pathway; cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin; and negative regulation of mast cell activation involved in immune response. Acts upstream of with a positive effect on positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
