SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ak2 (adenylate kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Ak2 qPCR Primer Set – adenylate kinase 2
Also known as: Ak-2, D4Ertd220e
About this gene: Ak2 is predicted to enable AMP kinase activity. Predicted to contribute to nucleobase-containing compound kinase activity. It is predicted to be involved in ADP biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11637; UniProt: Q9WTP6; Chromosome location: 4 D2.2|4 62.62 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
