Mouse Abcb10 qPCR Primer Set – ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B member 10
Also known as: Abc-me, Abcb12
About this gene: Abcb10 belongs to the ATP-binding cassette superfamily of transporters. ATP-binding cassette proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. The Abcb10 protein is localized to the mitochondrial inner membrane where it interacts with and stabilizes mitoferrin-1, and is important for heme biosynthesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56199; UniProt: Q9JI39; Chromosome location: 8 E2|8 72.31 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
