SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Faim2 (Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Faim2 qPCR Primer Set – Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 2
Also known as: 2900002L20Rik, Lfg, Lfg2, NMP25, Nmp35, Tmbim2
About this gene: Faim2 is predicted to enable calcium channel activity. It is involved in cerebellar Purkinje cell differentiation; cerebellar granular layer development; and regulation of neuron apoptotic process. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway; negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process; and response to ischemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 72393; UniProt: Q8K097; Chromosome location: 15 F1|15 56.13 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
