SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse F9 (coagulation factor IX) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse F9 qPCR Primer Set – coagulation factor IX
Also known as: Cf-9, Cf9
About this gene: F9 encodes a vitamin K-dependent serine protease that plays a critical role in the intrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. The F9 protein is an inactive zymogen that is activated by coagulation factor XIa to generate factor IXa, a heterodimer containing heavy and light chains. In association with factor VIII, membrane phospholipids and calcium ions, factor IXa cleaves the inactive zymogen factor X to generate active factor Xa.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
