SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse F2r (coagulation factor II thrombin receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse F2r qPCR Primer Set – coagulation factor II thrombin receptor
Also known as: Cf2r, Par1, ThrR
About this gene: F2r enables G protein-coupled receptor activity; G-protein alpha-subunit binding activity; and G-protein beta-subunit binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including modulation of chemical synaptic transmission; negative regulation of renin secretion into blood stream; and positive regulation of intracellular signal transduction. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including regulation of interleukin-1 beta production; response to lipopolysaccharide; and thrombin-activated receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14062; UniProt: P30558; Chromosome location: 13 D1|13 50.21 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
