Mouse F13b qPCR Primer Set – coagulation factor XIII, beta subunit
Also known as: Cf-13b, Cf13b
About this gene: F13b encodes subunit B of the coagulation factor XIII that catalyzes the final step of the blood coagulation pathway. The F13b protein associates with subunit A to form a heterotetrameric protein that circulates in the plasma. During the blood coagulation process, thrombin-mediated proteolytic cleavage of the subunit A leads to the dissociation of the F13b protein from the heterotetramer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14060; UniProt: Q07968; Chromosome location: 1 F|1 61.57 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
