SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Esrrb (estrogen related receptor, beta, also called ERR-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Esrrb qPCR Primer Set – estrogen related receptor, beta
Also known as: Err2, Errb, Estrrb, Nr3b2
About this gene: Esrrb enables multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and RNA polymerase II complex binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including morula formation; photoreceptor cell maintenance; and regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26380; UniProt: Q61539; Chromosome location: 12 D2|12 40.49 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
