SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Eps8l1 (EPS8 signaling adaptor L1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Eps8l1 qPCR Primer Set – EPS8 signaling adaptor L1
Also known as: 2310051G19Rik, 4632407K17Rik, DRC3, EPS8R1
About this gene: Eps8l1 is predicted to enable T cell receptor binding activity and actin filament binding activity. Predicted to contribute to guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. It is predicted to be involved in Rho protein signal transduction; positive regulation of ruffle assembly; and regulation of Rho protein signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67425; UniProt: Q8R5F8; Chromosome location: 7 A1|7 2.58 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
