SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Etnppl (ethanolamine phosphate phospholyase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Etnppl qPCR Primer Set – ethanolamine phosphate phospholyase
Also known as: Agxt2L1, 1300019H02Rik, Agxt2l1
About this gene: Etnppl is predicted to enable ethanolamine-phosphate phospho-lyase activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cellular response to glucocorticoid stimulus; phospholipid metabolic process; and phospholipid transfer to membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71760; UniProt: Q8BWU8; Chromosome location: 3 G3|3 60.47 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
