SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ephb4 (Eph receptor B4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ephb4 qPCR Primer Set – Eph receptor B4
Also known as: Htk, MDK2, Myk1, Tyro11, b2b2412Clo
About this gene: Ephb4 is predicted to enable ephrin receptor activity. It is involved in angiogenesis; ephrin receptor signaling pathway; and heart morphogenesis. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of T cell costimulation; positive regulation of aorta morphogenesis; and venous blood vessel morphogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13846; UniProt: P54761; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 76.38 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
