SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Entpd5 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 5, also called ER-UDPase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Entpd5 qPCR Primer Set – ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 5
Also known as: Cd39l4, ER-UDPase, NTPDase-5, NTPDase5, Pcph, mNTPase
About this gene: Entpd5 enables GDP phosphatase activity and UDP phosphatase activity. It is involved in UDP catabolic process. Acts upstream of with a positive effect on 'de novo' post-translational protein folding; UDP-alpha-D-glucose metabolic process; and protein N-linked glycosylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12499; UniProt: Q9WUZ9; Chromosome location: 12 D1|12 39.18 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
