SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Entpd1 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1, also called ATP-DPH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Entpd1 qPCR Primer Set – ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1
Also known as: 2610206B08Rik, ATP-DPH, Cd39, E130009M23Rik, NTPDase-1
About this gene: Entpd1 enables ADP phosphatase activity and ribonucleoside triphosphate phosphatase activity. It is involved in ADP catabolic process. It acts upstream of or within G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; platelet activation; and purine ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12495; UniProt: P55772; Chromosome location: 19 C3|19 34.25 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
