SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Eno3 (enolase 3, beta muscle, also called MSE) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Eno3 qPCR Primer Set – enolase 3, beta muscle
Also known as: Eno-3, MSE
About this gene: Eno3 encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in vertebrates. This isozyme is found in skeletal muscle where it is involved in muscle development and regeneration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13808; UniProt: P21550; Chromosome location: 11 B3|11 43.21 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
