SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Agr2 (anterior gradient 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Agr2 qPCR Primer Set – anterior gradient 2
Also known as: Agr2h, Gob-4, HAG-2, XAG-2, mAG-2
About this gene: Agr2 is predicted to enable dystroglycan binding activity; epidermal growth factor receptor binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in digestive tract morphogenesis and positive regulation of developmental growth. It acts upstream of or within inflammatory response; lung goblet cell differentiation; and mucus secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23795; UniProt: O88312; Chromosome location: 12 A3|12 16.18 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
