SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Elp3 (elongator acetyltransferase complex subunit 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Elp3 qPCR Primer Set – elongator acetyltransferase complex subunit 3
Also known as: 2610507P14Rik, KAT9
About this gene: Elp3 is predicted to enable phosphorylase kinase regulator activity and tRNA uridine acetyltransferase activity. It is involved in central nervous system development; neuron migration; and positive regulation of cell migration. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 74195; UniProt: Q9CZX0; Chromosome location: 14 D1|14 34.33 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
