SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Eif2b4 (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B, subunit 4 delta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Eif2b4 qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B, subunit 4 delta
Also known as: Eif2b
About this gene: Eif2b4 is predicted to enable translation initiation factor activity and translation initiation factor binding activity. Predicted to contribute to guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including T cell receptor signaling pathway; negative regulation of guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity; and nervous system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13667; UniProt: Q61749; Chromosome location: 5 B1|5 17.24 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
