SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Eif2a (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2A, also called eIF-2A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Eif2a qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2A
Also known as: D030048D22, D3Ertd194e
About this gene: Eif2a is predicted to enable RNA binding activity; ribosome binding activity; and translation initiation factor activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including SREBP signaling pathway; protein phosphorylation; and translation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 229317; UniProt: Q8BJW6; Chromosome location: 3 D|3 28.58 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
