SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Egln1 (egl-9 family hypoxia-inducible factor 1, also called PHD2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Egln1 qPCR Primer Set – egl-9 family hypoxia-inducible factor 1
Also known as: C1orf12, HIF-PH2, HPH-2, Hif-p4h-2, ORF13, Phd2, SM-20
About this gene: Egln1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including enzyme inhibitor activity; ferrous iron binding activity; and hypoxia-inducible factor-proline dioxygenase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; regulation of modification of postsynaptic structure; and regulation protein catabolic process at postsynapse. It acts upstream of or within heart morphogenesis and labyrinthine layer development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 112405; UniProt: Q91YE3; Chromosome location: 8 E2|8 72.86 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
