SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Efnb2 (ephrin B2, also called HTK-L) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Efnb2 qPCR Primer Set – ephrin B2
Also known as: ELF-2, Epl5, Eplg5, Htk-L, LERK-5, Lerk5, NLERK-1
About this gene: Efnb2 enables signaling receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including adherens junction organization; positive regulation of cardiac muscle cell differentiation; and regulation of postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor internalization. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of keratinocyte proliferation; positive regulation of aorta morphogenesis; and vasculature development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13642; UniProt: P52800; Chromosome location: 8 A1.1|8 3.42 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
