SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Efna2 (ephrin A2, also called CEK7-L) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Efna2 qPCR Primer Set – ephrin A2
Also known as: CEK7L, Elf1, Epl6, Eplg6, Lerk6
About this gene: Efna2 enables ephrin receptor binding activity. It is involved in bone remodeling; ephrin receptor signaling pathway; and osteoclast differentiation. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13637; UniProt: P52801; Chromosome location: 10 C1|10 39.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
