SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Cracr2a (calcium release activated channel regulator 2A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Cracr2a qPCR Primer Set – calcium release activated channel regulator 2A
Also known as: Efcab4B, Efcab4b, Gm1073, Gm462
About this gene: Cracr2a is predicted to enable G protein activity; GTP binding activity; and calcium ion binding activity. It is involved in T-helper 1 cell differentiation and positive regulation of JNK cascade. It acts upstream of or within positive regulation of calcium ion transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 381812; UniProt: Q3UP38; Chromosome location: 6 F3|6 62.39 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
