SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Edar (ectodysplasin-A receptor, also called Downless) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Edar qPCR Primer Set – ectodysplasin-A receptor
Also known as: ED1R, ED3, ED5, EDA-A1R, EDA3, dl
About this gene: Edar enables signaling receptor activity. It is involved in cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including hair follicle development; positive regulation of non-canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; and salivary gland cavitation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13608; UniProt: Q9R187; Chromosome location: 10 B4|10 29.37 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
