SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Echs1 (enoyl Coenzyme A hydratase, short chain, 1, mitochondrial, also called mECH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Echs1 qPCR Primer Set – enoyl Coenzyme A hydratase, short chain, 1, mitochondrial
Also known as: SCEH, mECH, mECH1
About this gene: Echs1 is predicted to enable 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA dehydratase activity. It is predicted to be involved in L-valine catabolic process and fatty acid beta-oxidation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93747; UniProt: Q8BH95; Chromosome location: 7 F4|7 85.12 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
