SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Echdc1 (enoyl Coenzyme A hydratase domain containing 1, also called MMCD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Echdc1 qPCR Primer Set – enoyl Coenzyme A hydratase domain containing 1
Also known as: 1700028A24Rik, D10Ertd667e, MMCD
About this gene: Echdc1 enables carboxy-lyase activity. It is predicted to be involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 52665; UniProt: Q9D9V3; Chromosome location: 10 A4|10 16.59 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
