SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse E4f1 (E4F transcription factor 1, also called p120E4F) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse E4f1 qPCR Primer Set – E4F transcription factor 1
Also known as: p120E4F, phi-AP3
About this gene: E4f1 belongs to the GLI-Kruppel zinc finger family. The E4f1 protein is likely to be multi-functional, with both adenovirus E1A-regulated transcription factor and ubiquitin E3 ligase activities, including roles in cell cycle regulation and the ubiquitination of p53.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13560; UniProt: Q8CCE9; Chromosome location: 17 A3.3|17 12.39 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
