SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dyrk2 (dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dyrk2 qPCR Primer Set – dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 2
Also known as: 1810038L18Rik
About this gene: Dyrk2 is predicted to enable ATP binding activity; metal ion binding activity; and protein kinase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage by p53 class mediator; positive regulation of glycogen biosynthetic process; and regulation of signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 69181; UniProt: Q5U4C9; Chromosome location: 10 D2|10 66.75 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
