SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dusp9 (dual specificity phosphatase 9) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dusp9 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 9
Also known as: Mpk4, Pyst3
About this gene: Dusp9 enables MAP kinase tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of MAPK cascade.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 75590; Chromosome location: X A7.3|X 37.37 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
