SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dusp6 (dual specificity phosphatase 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Dusp6 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 6
Also known as: 1300019I03Rik, MKP-3, MKP3, PYST1
About this gene: Dusp6 enables phosphoprotein phosphatase activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of protein phosphorylation; protein dephosphorylation; and regulation of heart growth. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67603; UniProt: Q9DBB1; Chromosome location: 10 D1|10 51.13 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
