Mouse Dusp14 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 14
Also known as: 1110014C10Rik, 2310042C07Rik, D11Ertd395e, MKP-L, Mkp6
About this gene: Dusp14 is predicted to enable MAP kinase tyrosine/serine/threonine phosphatase activity; protein serine/threonine phosphatase activity; and protein tyrosine phosphatase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56405; UniProt: Q9JLY7; Chromosome location: 11 C|11 51.29 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
