SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Drd5 (dopamine receptor D5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Drd5 qPCR Primer Set – dopamine receptor D5
Also known as: D5R, Drd-5, Drd1b, Gpcr1
About this gene: Drd5 enables dopamine neurotransmitter receptor activity, coupled via Gs. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including learning; long-term synaptic depression; and regulation of blood pressure. Is active in 9+0 non-motile cilium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13492; UniProt: Q8BLD9; Chromosome location: 5 B3|5 20.4 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
