SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Dpyd (dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase, also called DPD) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Dpyd qPCR Primer Set – dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase
Also known as: DHPDHase, DPD, E330028L06Rik
About this gene: Dpyd enables dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in pyrimidine nucleoside monophosphate catabolic process. It acts upstream of or within pyrimidine nucleobase catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 99586; UniProt: Q8CHR6; Chromosome location: 3 G1|3 51.96 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
